5:30 am – Wake up
I wake up and fix my bed.
5:40 am – Setup computer
I set up my Amazon WorkSpaces and let it be ready when I return from breakfast.
6:15 am – Skincare
Skincare is essential for me. I cleanse, tone, and moisturize my face daily.
6:30 am – Check mail
My workday routine starts with checking emails, voicemails, etc. I also get ready for the daily morning huddle with my team.
7:00 am – Morning Huddle
Our team meets daily via video call for a quick life update and discussion of our tasks for the day.
7:30 am – Work
9:30 am – BRB
Be right back! I make time to stand and do some quick stretching to reduce fatigue and avoid muscle tension from sitting down for long hours.
9:40 am – Work
11:00 am – Lunch break
12:00 am – Resume work
2:00 pm – BRB
Be right back again! I do my second session of stretching. This also helps relax my eyes from the long hours facing the computer.
2:10 pm – Resume work
3:30 pm – Out
My shift ends at 3:30 pm (PHT), and I rest for a good hour.
How do you usually spend your time after work and your day-offs?
After a good rest, I do a mini-workout at home to improve my mood and overall health. I also have dogs, so I always play with them. When I have time to spare, I read books and listen to music at night. On weekdays, I maximize my time by hanging out with friends, going to the mall, attending church and doing personal matters.

I wake up and prepare for the day.
6:30 am – Start of work
I start my work by checking emails and group chats and list the tasks I will do for the day.
7:00 am – Morning Huddle
I start preparing for our team huddle, which will begin at 7:07 am. I share my experiences and updates at work with my teammates.
7:30 am – Work
I start my work at conveyancing. My usual task is organizing or sorting my client’s documents, sending emails, answering phone calls for inquiries, and confirming details or information.
8:00 am – Coffee break
I take a quick break to make coffee and drink it while working. This will help me stay awake and boost my energy level.
8:10 am – Resume work
I focus and my tasks and check emails and group chats from time to time.
10:00 am – Short break
I take a 5 to 15 minutes break to rest my eyes from the long hours working in front of the computer.
10:15 am – Resume work
11:30 am – Lunch break
I usually take my lunch at this time, but it sometimes depends on the schedule given to me.

After my one-hour lunch break, I recheck my email and group chats and return to doing my tasks.

I take my 2nd 5 to 15 minutes break to rest my eyes and muscles from the long hours sitting in front of the computer.

Around this time, I wrap up all the tasks for the day to see what I can finish and what I can continue for tomorrow.

I log out from work and clean my workplace.
Sometimes when I am not busy, and there are a few tasks, I try to help my workmates.
How do you usually spend your time after work and your day-offs?
Since my work ends at 3:30 in the afternoon, there are so many things I can still do. I get to enjoy a long rest by sleeping, playing mobile games, or going for a motorcycle ride and unwinding somewhere. I occasionally hang out with my friends after work, especially on Saturdays and spend my Sundays at church.

I wake up and do some morning exercise.
6:00 am – Prepare for work
I prepare for work, drink coffee, and eat breakfast in front of my desk. I prefer brewing my own coffee because I find it therapeutic. It makes my morning routine complete.
6:15 am – Start of work
I start my work as early as 6:15 in the morning by reading emails and checking group chats.
7:00 am – Morning Huddle
We do our team huddle via Skype video call every morning to catch up with my team and discuss our to-do lists.
7:30 am – Work
I try to do urgent tasks first. As my client is a law firm, I prioritize settling matters involving my client’s clients.

Part of my work is generating matters a day before the settlements and transferring them to ‘Property Exchange Australia’ or PEXA.

My work ends, and I tidy up my workspace.

After work, I usually eat afternoon snacks and do some hobbies like arts and crafts. My latest pastime right now is diamond painting. I also do some cardio in the evening to keep my lifestyle active. I take classes for my Master’s Degree during weekends and volunteer for our church’s Kids Ministry.
